Located in Arbat on the outskirts of Sulaimani, this 342,000 m2 Industrial Business Park offers development opportunities for production units for advanced technology and industrial functions to serve not only Iraq but also potential worldwide markets.
Zarya initially carried out the complete site development and infrastructure works package providing incoming and internal road networks and the implementation of all incoming utility service requirements for the park.
In conjunction with these works we provided a full turnkey service in the construction of production unit facilities for the following plants - Sandwich Panel Production, Aluminum Extrusion Production and Glass Processing Facilities.
