With the rapid population growth in Goizha District of Sulaimani there was a growing demand for a shopping center. The construction works were undertaken by Zarya on behalf of Faruk Group Holding. The total build circa 12,000 m2 is constructed over 4 levels incorporating the following:
- Basement - Car Park and Service Areas.
- Ground Level - Supermarket and Shop Units.
- First Floor - Shop Units, Food Court and Children’s Play Centre.
- Second Floor – Gym and Restaurant with roof top terraced seating area.
Externally the site is tastefully completed with additional surface car parking, tiered courtyards to service the food court and feature landscaped areas.
